DEFECTIVE RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked or returned to the store within 7 days of the purchase date. All returned items must have original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return a damaged/defective item you purchased in the store, bring it back to the store within 7 days or call 602-288-3684. To return a damaged/defective item you purchased online, please email customer service at info@2mycbd.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization. After receiving the Authorization, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your package to:

REFUNDS

After receiving your shipped return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your store credit or issue you an exchange. Please allow up to 7 days from the receipt of your return. We will notify you when your exchange/credit has been processed.
